I have two hard disks inserted in the cloner but can only see one of them.

If you have only just cloned the disks then they will be completely identical, which is why Windows cannot differentiate between them. Change the hard disk signature on one of the hard disks to resolve this.

Why doesn't cloning start even if I follow the instructions and hold the button for 3-4 seconds?

Check that the cloner is not connected to your computer. Cloning only works offline, i.e. when the cloner is not connected to your computer because otherwise the computer tries to read the disks during the cloning process.

V napravo za kloniranje sem vstavil 2 diska in rad bi začel. A kloniranje se ne zažene, zakaj?

Napravo za kloniranje morate izključiti iz računalnika. Prepričajte se, da je kabel odstranjen. Prepričajte se, da je ciljni disk porazdeljen (particioniran) in formatiran. Prepričajte se, da ima ciljni disk večjo kapaciteto od izvornega. Prepričajte se, da na trdih diskih ni okvar.
